IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASE.
At Bel Vestito, we continually strive to offer the best service possible to our online customers. However, in the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your item(s) for a refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving your order. Your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached.
Please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- Bel Vestito accepts returns on sale items, provided it meets the above conditions.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the instance your order does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING, we will refund the product purchase price only.
- Please contact us via our Returns page or at returns@belvestito.co.nz to initiate a return.
- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, Bel Vestito reserves the right to reject the return.
- The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you send your return via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. - Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by Bel Vestito Ltd.
- Please allow 7 business days for your return to be received and processed.
- Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
- You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed.
- All refunds will be made in NZD. Please be aware any affects on foreign currency are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Bel Vestito Ltd.
EXCHANGES
We will do our best to meet any exchange requests on products of the same value, subject to availability. Please contact returns@belvestito.co.nz to arrange.
FAULTY
In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement item, provided stock is available. Bel Vestito requires the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund. These terms do not cover general wear and tear.
