SHIPPING

Orders placed with Bel Vestito will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday.

Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are an approximate guide only.

A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once you order has been dispatched.

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Bel Vestito takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep stock levels up to date.  Should the size that you ordered be out of stock we will refund you immediately.

GARMENT REPRESENTATION

We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments, however please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions about the details of a particular garment.

CURRENCY

All prices are shown in NZ dollars.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Belvestito.co.nz takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.

CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order.
